Presenting Whole wheat jaggery Egg less Choco fudge with a sprinkle of Melon seeds and Sesame seeds.
Wheat flour – 1 cup…
Cadbury Hot Chocolate Powder – 2 tsp
Crushed Jaggery – ⅓ cup ( you can use less if you like less sweet)
Coffee Powder -1 tsp
Baking powder -1 tsp
Warm Milk – 1/3 cup
Refined oil – 3tbs
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Melon seed and Sesame seeds – 3 tsp
Take a baking tin, lightly apply a little refined oil. Then lightly dust with wheat flour.
Method – Take a bowl, pour the warm milk. Add the crushed jaggery and mix till the jaggery completely dissolved in the milk. Add all the rest ingredients. Mix well till you get a slightly thick consistency.Pour the content into the baking tin. Tap slowly till the mixture is evenly spread.Then sprinkle some melon and Sesame seeds. Preheat the microwave. Then put the tin into the microwave. Microwave at 180 for 20 minutes.
Then enjoy the hot fudge with tea or with a scoop of icecream.
