so sharing with all of you Crispy Karela Fry.
Recipe of crispy Karela fry –
Cut kalera into thin round slices. Add salt and turmeric then keep aside for half an hour. Then take lots of oil in a kadhai. After the oil turns hot, add the karela pieces. Fry in high heat. Remove once turn slightly black. You can drizzle with chilli powder and cumin powder. Enjoy with hot rice or chapati.
